I love not only photographing weddings, engagements and portrait sessions, but telling the wonderfully beautiful love stories of each and every one of my clients. Enjoy!
I feel incredibly blessed to have had the opportunity to serve dozens of couples on their wedding days, all with a unique story and special place in my heart. Erica and Grant’s kind-hearted and happy-go-lucky personalities made my photographer heart soar. I try to make sure my clients feel loved and taken care of all day, but when I left the evening of their wedding, I felt like I was the one who was cared for! I just adore these two and their welcoming, loving selves.
The couple was wed on a perfect fall day in Michigan’s breathtaking Keweenaw Peninsula. Their wedding ceremony in Calumet was officiated by the same pastor who married the bride’s parents decades ago. It’s not often that a wedding officiant has guests grinning from ear-to-ear with laughter throughout the entire ceremony, but Father Jim certainly did just that! The reception was hosted at Harbor Haus in Copper Harbor, a venue owned by Erica’s parents, situated right along Lake Superior. The charming restaurant is known for its fine dining, and its new adventure as a reception venue didn’t disappoint!
Erica and Grant – thank you one million times for allowing me to be a part of your wedding day. I hope you will cherish these memories for many years to come!
