On a crisp fall afternoon, Brianna and Sean promised each other forever in front of their friends and family beneath a canopy of fall color. It was truly a breathtaking day, filled with so much love, honesty and thoughtfulness all around.
There were so many things throughout the day that were beautiful, but the bride most definitely was the star of the show. Brianna wore what may be the most stunning wedding gown I’ve ever seen. I overheard the groom tell her that it was the perfect mix between Audrey Hepburn and Jackie Kennedy, and I could not agree more. The full skirt, simple satin fabric, and jaw-dropping back made the dress one that little girls all over will dream of getting married in.
The groom and his attendants were fashioned in blue suits and the most beautiful floral ties, while the bridesmaids were in a beautiful shade of plum, carrying gorgeous bouquets of assorted fall florals. One of my favorite things about the wedding? The groom had his sister stand on his side as a groomswoman and the bride had her brother on hers as a bridesman. It was seriously so sweet and special!
Speaking of attendants, I cannot say enough about the incredible bridal party. Bre and Sean are truly blessed with some incredible family and friends. When a deer decided to do its business on the lawn where they were about to say “I do,” the bridesmaids sprung into action to swiftly take care of the problem. When I needed some assistance with a makeshift backdrop for the wedding cake at the reception, a groomsman stepped up to the plate to be the extra set of hands that was needed. I would love to recruit these 12 individuals to be in all of my future weddings!
But in all seriousness, one of the best parts of the day was seeing how completely in love with each other these two humans are. In Sean’s vows, he mentioned how what they share is more than love, and I can totally see why he feels that way. They seem to be each other’s perfect match, and I feel incredibly blessed to have had the opportunity to capture this chapter in their love story. I could not have asked for a better wedding to close out my 2018 wedding season.
Bre and Sean: Thank you SO much for trusting me and Ashley to photograph your wedding day. It was truly our pleasure, and we wish you a lifetime of love, laughter and adventures together.
